We are a Customs Agency founded by specialists with many years of experience in advising and providing customs service for trade in goods with countries outside the EU.
We provide representation services before national customs authorities for companies based in Poland as well as in the EU. Our customs agency is located in Gliwice near Poland’s largest Special Economic Zone KSSE.
We cooperate with a customs agency in the UK, so that we provide a comprehensive customs clearance service also on the UK side. Our partner guarantees timely processing of customs declarations and the required avocations – GMR declarations.
Our team consists of customs agents with more than 20 years’ experience, who are constantly improving their professional qualifications, thus guaranteeing efficient and professional customs service for your goods.

Import/Export
We will complete the necessary documents, check restrictions, tariff and clear the goods at the customs office of your choice. We process declarations at all customs offices in the country, including seaports and airports and post offices.
Customs clearance for private individuals
We customs clear cars, various goods purchased outside the EU, as well as personal property with exemption from import duties, related to a change of residence, returning to Poland from Norway, Switzerland, the UK and other countries.
Special procedures
We will prepare documents and declare goods for special procedures: inward and outward processing, temporary admission, end-use. We will assist in obtaining authorisation to use the special procedure and will clear the procedure in the RPS system.
PUESC – EORI, REX, EMCS, SENT, CBAM
We will register Your Company on the PUESC portal and apply for an EORI, REX number. We will handle deliveries of excise goods in EMCS or covered by SENT. We will calculate the excise and submit AKC-U declarations for the purchase of a car in the European Union. We will submit a report on the CBAM carbon border tax.
Customs security
Take advantage of our customs agency’s comprehensive guarantee and take delivery of your goods immediately after customs clearance without waiting for your payment to be posted, or if you prefer, pay your customs duties up to a few days after the goods are released.
Certificates of origin
We will fill in and legalise at customs the movement and origin certificates: EUR.1, AT.R, Certificate of Origin. And if required by your business partner, we will legalise trade and export documents at the National Chamber of Commerce.
